Nice idea. Only thing is, if the society he lives in doesn’t believe in time, why would they attempt to restrict his movements in time and space by locking him up? And with no past present or future, wouldn’t they already know wjether or not his behaviour could be modified as it would already be in all its possible states simulaneously.

I might be talking cr*p here as I am pretty three/four dimensional….
