"This evening instead of taking my usual nap after work,
I put your creativity program on instead.
It had a remarkable effect...
I feel really relaxed and rested now, and I'm looking
forward to my next try.
You are really on to something here..." Klaus, Norway.

After researching famous creative people from the past, I discovered it was common practice for notable names to have afternoon naps, so I decided to meditate/sleep in the afternoon to increase my creativity.

Unable to find a suitable audio program for myself to meditate/sleep with, I created my own starting with a binaural/holographic recording of dolphins leaping in the North Sea that I made with my daughter Cloudia.

Then I looked at the technology in the Voyager brain training machine I bought in the early nineties. It uses audio tones to create the illusion of a beat frequency for your brain to synchronise to.

I have created a program that starts by simulating the kind of brain waves we experience while sleeping or in deep meditation.

After about twenty minutes I alert the listener and invoke brain waves that simulate stage 5 REM sleep. One aim of polyphasic sleep is to increase creativity by going directly to stage 5 REM sleep during power naps. This program is designed have a similar effect, without having to go to the extremes of sleep deprivation.

Listening to stage 5 REM beat frequencies while coming out
of sleep could be the most creative brain wave pattern a
human being could experience.

The program ends with a brief musical section and brings you gently back to conciousness at which point you are advised to make a record of your creative thoughts on a notepad or dictaphone.

It is essential to use stereo headphones. Please listen responsibly. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery. I do not recommend you listen to this program if you have a history of epilepsy or a seizure disorder.

It strikes me as ridiculously odd, that humanity wants to preserve and dissect the brain of Einstein, when there are thousands of Einstein alikes being reviled for being stinky weirdos.

Einstein is said to have had Aspergers right?

Aspergers though, what is that?

Was he mental?

By all accounts an utter fruit cake!

Okay… Eating habits aside; the easiest way to describe Aspergers in a non discriminatory way is as “a mind set”.

People with Aspergers, who have very high IQ, are particularly good at focused research (in areas they are interested in, where they can become academic experts very quickly). We are also good at spotting detail which goes un-noticed by others in data.

You see, Einstein formed an obsession with some stuff, then had a bit of an idea. After he wrote it down, academia looked at it and declared “fu*k me, that’s brilliant”.

And while everyone talks of brain disection or looks for the next Einstein, we fail to notice the very signs of other Einstein mindsets in our midst.

Einstein struggled through school and clashed with authorities. Failed entrance exams because he excelled in one area, yet was not so good in another.

Education is fu*ked and fails to prepare our best and brightest shining stars for a fu*ked world.

Human beings are lazy. We live in a world where we expect miracles to happen. Only a small section of our population actively seeks to evolve. And we evolve because of our intelligence, yet in our collective wisdom we trample our experts and geniuses to the bottom of the pile.

It is easy to control the hearded masses, give them a diet coke and something simple to engage them. Diet on low fat products jam packed full of carbohydrates. Brilliant! Playstation? Even better…

But what of the non-conformists?

Label them – ADD – Aspergers – Autism or Borderline Human Disorders, Psycho and Schizm.

Drug the bastards!

And this is where Aspergers gets interesting.

The drugs tend not to work as expected. Amphetamine Sleepade, Introspectasy, Freakcaine, Tramodalert?

The government provides funding, it isn’t that. The government even provides helpers. But not people to illicit our best works, people to help us go away. We don’t fit in. We are not wanted.

But they still want to dissect Einstien’s brain?

OI… YOU FU*KING MORONS – EINSTEIN’S BRAIN IS DEAD.

(I liked writing Oi *snigger*).

I can personally introduce you to a handful of people who think using roughly the same patterns and strategies as Einstein.

Social expectations are… That the people with the brilliant ideas will make it into college and provide us with the answers we need to evolve.

Yet the way society is being homogenised into an all for one and one for all product placement advertising campaign, I can’t see that happening.

Brilliant minds are being broken, crushed…

Today’s Einstein won’t even make it as a patent clerk. I know I couldn’t.

So how do we support these people?

Our first port of call would be to remove pressure to fit in socially and celebrate the skills of someone with Aspergers.

A different kind of conditioning perhaps?

Give a man with Aspergers a job stacking shelves? Driving a delivery van?

What kind of input is that for a super computer?

Got one at home?

So here is a question for you/he/she to ponder…

How does a person with paralysis from the neck down experience emotions?

See you on the other side of the looking glass,

For the past twenty five years I have been interested in brain waves and music.

I created this particular piece of music c.1983/4 and re-recorded it just before we moved house in May.

It features a two cycle per second binaural brain wave synchronisation pattern (when listened to with headphones)

The upshot being, it fools your brain into thinking you are asleep when you are not and makes you feel amazing.

I have been using it as my personal delta wave training tape and sleep aid for a few months now.

I would like others to benefit from this twenty three minute piece of music so I am making it available for download for £1UKP.

Buy it here: http://www.lulu.com/content/multimedia/2202hz-transformation/7629000

So is this the real secret behind the secret?

Masturbation!

It is a long held belief that the most creative time for a human mind is betwixt sleep and the waking state.

Most of us use this excuse to lull in bed a while and think of a morning before rising (no pun intended).

But how else to get there.

For men, the act that leads to spent sexual energy (having a wank) can lead to a rapid descent into unconsciousness shortly thereafter.

In Napoleon Hill’s book ‘Think And Grow Rich’ he dedicates an entire chapter to it.

Transmutation of sexual energy…

Wanking!

I might be stereotyping here, but why is it that Rhonda Byrne fails to mention it in her book ‘The Secret’.

Perhaps only men can do it?

Get out the old magic wand, rub and visualise.

But as Napoleon explains, be careful what you are thinking when you ejaculate.

Better still, hold it on the edge for hours and think about big piles of money.

And when you are done?

You lull into the mindset of creation.

How you feel about wanking is probably of vital importance.

If you are a guilty wanker, you will create an energy block.

The lull afterwards is “the” moment of creation. Think about it. It is where each and every one of us came from. You as well!

Men, take advice.

Rub it, love it, manifest!

See you on the other side of the looking glass,

I’ve woken this morning nursing a slowly churning stomach.
I dreamed about a girl called Jo.

I was in a house with my old friend Mark Stubbs.
We were preparing for her arrival.
She was a TV presenter in the dream.
She was to be an important guest.
She was also my ex-girlfriend, yet I told no-one.

I was charging around being very domesticated with a hoover.
She arrived.

I didn’t see her face, she was driving a huge baby blue American truck.
She was actually a character from my past.

Then I remembered calling her.
She had gone to Scotland with a friend.
This guy lived upstairs from her Finsbury Park apartment.
They had been camping or to a festival.
It was arranged before we started dating.

I remember being anxious about it before she went.
I was worried she would sleep with the guy.
I wanted to be cool.
So I said nothing.

When she came back I called her.
She was on the phone, gushing with excitement.
“I can’t go out with you any more” I said.
I knew it was the wrong decision.
I felt it in my stomach.

“Why not”, she wanted a reason… “Please tell me why”?

I couldn’t.

She was my best friends girl.

I had cheekily asked for her number, then worse, called her and invited her out behind his back.
Then I stole her from him.

Because of my own insecurities, I was afraid anyone else could do the same to me.
My anxiety was, she would sleep with anyone.

Maybe she did?
Later it caused the death of my friend.

So what is this feeling?

Am I still anxious, or is it guilt?

I watched YES MAN the other night.

It is beautifully put together and the portrayal of romance in the film is almost perfect.
Life isn’t like that!

In the film, Carl Allen makes a covenant with Terrence Bundley, a guy who runs seminars to teach people to say YES to life.
Carl agrees to say YES to everything.
Carl believes if he says no, bad things will befall him.

It reminds me of Landmark Education.
There is a part of a Landmark course around incompletions.
We were encouraged to find people from our past and apologise to them.
If they are dead, you write them a letter to complete.
Everything left unsaid is said.
If you don’t do it, you are stuck with the incompletion forever.
Another covenant perhaps?
Get it complete or bad feelings will befall you.

Even if I had Jo sitting in front of me right now, I wouldn’t know where to start.
Nothing left unsaid? I can’t even remember it all now.
She was outgoing, I was an anxious wreck.

My best friend is dead, I once wrote him a letter.
So why the slowly churning stomach.
Is there still an incompletion?
Of course there is.

But, does every incompletion constitute repeated contemplation on the matter?
Perhaps it is time to break the covenant I made with Landmark.

Perhaps it is time to say I am not proud of what I did, but it is in the past.
It is my history and it does not make me who I am.
I am not the sum of my past actions.
I am free.
I am creating myself from my future actions and intentions.
Right here, right now.

So do I need to find Jo and explain?
Even in my dreams?
Can I cure my churning stomach?
You bet I can.
I can have a nice cup of tea and smile at the memory.

See you on the other side of the looking glass,

I just dreamed that I was at the top of a huge tower (like the Blackpool Tower) and I had to move from one side of the tower to the other by climbing through the the red oxide lattice wrought iron work.

Now normally, you wouldn’t get me to the top of a ladder without some level of complaint.

I was terrified, locked rigid to the spot, looking down.

In my dream the World was ending.

So, I simply thought “What is the worst that can happen?”

I could die!

Then with the realisation life is about to end anyway, I simply CHOSE not to be scared and started to move across the tower, looking down in awe of the height.

The significance of the dream is, we ALWAYS have choice.

Having participated on courses like Landmarks Forum and Essence, I have direct experience of real life changes I have made.

Fear is actually one of these, in my book The Logic Of Attraction I explain how to overcome it.

Once down from the tower I found myself doing other things differently as well.

I somehow found myself running a Duran Duran show from a Yamaha QY20 and Simon was singing through an old spring reverb (so much nicer than auto-tune).

He started to look annoyed as one of my sound engineer friends took centre stage and mimed the sound samples he had played on the record.

I wonder if Frank Sinatra is getting his royalty from Electric Barbarella!

I reminded Simon the world was ending and suddenly he was on stage surrounded by chocolate gateaux and Becks.

He looked at me and said “fuck it” then threw down his microphone and started shovelling cake into his face.

Andy was guzzling beer.

They reminded me of Ed and Oucho!

Next I was on a motorcycle avoiding a war zone in a desert (not dessert, Simon was already doing enough of that).

The complexity of the plot at this point is too jagged to recall, however my bike did turn into our family car and it ran out of fuel.

At the petrol station a queue formed miles down the road.

A man offered to sell me organic deisel and gave me a cup full to get me to his house. It looked like cooking oil to me with something horrid floating on top of it. He poured more of it on Gina’s silver fur coat than into the car.

I kept thinking “I can bloody well make this stuff, why buy it from him, when I can do it myself”.

I personally almost never know if I am making the right decision, for me, till after I am done with it.

I may spend a considerable amount of time and energy seeking something, only to find when I get it, it is not what I wanted at all.

I almost beleieve the things we truly need in life, come to us in random, inspired moments.

So what is the significance of this?

Time to do things differently?

Time to give up accountability in fear and choose again?

Time to take my first step along the high wire perhaps.

See you on the other side of the looking glass,

On November 4th I wrote; You Are One Of 1600 People Reading This

And according to my stats this is the day my RSS feed peaked.

Since then it has been a constantly evolving readership with what seems to be a lot of coming and going.

Where are you going and what did I originally do to achieve this peak.

At this particular point in time I was speaking specifically about what to do to enhance creativity and giving away a free mp3 creativity program as an incentive to sign up via email.

In case you don’t know, I now give away the first two chapters of my book.

A book I am going to sell 67 million copies of (representing 1% of the population, the estimate number of people with Aspergers).

Okay the book is not specifically written for people with Aspergers, I’ll grant you that it is written by someone with Aspergers. Different, because I have a special interest in what makes people tick and therefore a unique understanding of how to communicate, albeit mainly in writing.

The reason I am mentioning my previous blog is because last night I was thinking about how to generate 1000 book sales a week.

To see what had been working and what had not, I looked at my stats.

There are two significant peaks.

People read my blog the day after I announced a free mp3 creativity program for their iPod.

People read my blog the day after I announced a free eBook about how to master panic attacks.

I read the blog about creativity and followed some of my own advice.

• Give a problem to your subconscious to play with just before bed. Run over the circumstances and trust that the solution will come to you as you wake. You may wake several times throughout the course of the night so keep a dictaphone under your pillow to record any ideas you may have.

I actually sleep with an iPhone under my pillow and use it to listen to affirmation or other people’s positive mental attitude material (my current favourite it Amy Flynn’s Money Reiki Meditation). Why? Because it is teaching me to relax about money!

I also use it to record my podcasts (usually the second I wake up when the ideas are really fresh).

I posed the problem how do I sell 1000 books a week until I have sold 67 million books.

Then I had a bit of a realisation.

If I want to sell 67 million books it would take more than 1,288 years to sell them if I sell 1000 a week.

Yes, I will be here in a hundred years, no doubt about that!

I don’t think I will see the year 3297 though so I need a rethink.

Imagine I want to sell 67 million books in 10 years?

That is 6.7 million books per year

Or 128,846 books per week.

In comparison, you are a tiny core following. But, you can help me to do this!

1. If you haven’t done so already register for the blog and receive Chapter 1&2 of LOA FREE!

2. Take two hours out of your schedule to read it.

3. Buy the book from Amazon, it is only $9 including shipping.

4. Read the rest of it, learn how to clear negative programming and find out about your primary directive.

5. Tell all your friends about my blog and my book and ask them to sign up too.

What will you get in return?

A planet where one percent of the population live life based on the principals of integrity and love.

Think about the difference that would make!

See you on the other side of the looking glass,
